Can I still register for any event?
No, on line registrations are now completely closed.
Can I still attend the Parties at the Thalia lounge and the Cruise Terminal?
If space permits, it may be possible to enter and pay directly at the door. The organisers will do their best to accommodate your entry but please keep in mind that if the location is full, it will not be possible to enter due to security and safety reasons.
How do I contact the organising team?
If you do not find your answer on these pages, please contact the organising team via email to cems2010@rsm.nl. Your question will be answered by the appropriate person from either the local RSM team or CEMS HQ. Any questions relating to hotel booking should be sent to cems2010hotel@congrex.com. Questions via any private contact data as well as facebook, skype etc. should be avoided and will not be answered.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code. However, you are advised as follows:
- for business meeting wear business attire (e.g. Annual Meeting, Annual Dinner, Panel discussions, meeting with corporate partners, etc);
- graduation ceremony/dinner and parties: smart casual, as festive as you like.
How do I book my hotel?
You can make use of the hotel service that we have arranged specifically for this event. You are not obliged to use this service, but it will give you access to reasonably priced, conveniently located hotels where you will meet other CEMS participants.
In which hotel should I stay?
You are free to choose any hotel to your liking. The following groups are advised to stay in a specific hotel:

Yes, they will. More information on these caps and gowns will follow later.
Can I bring guests to the Graduation Ceremony and CEMS Celebration Dinner?
We’re sorry, but no, you cannot. Registration is closed since 15 November and we do not accept any additions. The events are full.
I need to cancel my participation unexpectedly. What do I do?
Please contact both the organising team and the hotel booking office via e-mail to let them know you are not coming. You will find the contact details on this website
I need to cancel my participation unexpectedly. Do I lose my one night hotel deposit?
The CEMS 2010 Hotel Booking Office will do everything in its power to place another guest in your room. If this succeeds (and it most likely will) you will receive a refund.
I need to cancel my participation unexpectedly. Will I receive a refund of my participation fee?
Yes, you will receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of € 15, if you cancel your participation before 15 November 2010 (30 October 2010 for graduands). After that date no refunds are possible. You will receive full information on the cancellation policy upon registration.
